 Here are three basic steps you can use this spring to keep your appointment book full.
Always have a handout.
Always have your business cards and flyers with you. It takes years to network and build relationships, so everyone who knows about your services is another client or source for a referral. Before you know it your appointment book will be overflowing.
Stay in Constant Contact.
Keep a prospect and client contact list and stay in regular contact your list. Send regular emails or postcards. Your clients are proud of you and want to hear how your business is going. Send them holiday greetings, updates of any new training or certifications, thank you notes, pictures, or any information that they would like to hear about. This keeps you on their mind and they will book more appointments.
Keep them Coming Back.
Make a VIP Pass. This is a great way to encourage repeat consultations. Stamp their card with each visit and the 6th visit they get a free massage. These promote your service and encourage your clients to keep your number handy. An easy way to get your VIP pass program started is to mail an initial card in a thank you note to your existing customer list with a few stamps already on the card.
