Yes we do ship to APO addresses! Currently the only shipping service available for APO addresses is the US Postal Military Mail service. Here are a few notes about military mail:
- Military mail restrictions limit the size of the shipment to some APO addresses, so some of our products shipping dimensions are too large for some APO addresses.
- Military mail does not offer delivery estimates. It is our experience that this delivery time varies widely and is usually slow. Unfortunately, with no other shipping service available to APO addresses, we cannot offer any delivery time estimates.
- Because of the large size of our products, sometimes the post office will not allow us to ship an item. If the post office will not accept your shipment we will contact you.
- We go to the post office once a week so please allow up to 5 business days for processing APO orders.
The APO shipping charge is assessed based on size, weight, and destination zip code for each APO shipment. We calculate your shipping based on the US Postal Mail’s actual shipping costs. You will be contacted by phone or email with the actual shipping amount. Your card will not be processed until we have your approval for this charge.
